The Challenge
The homeowners had lived in their 1960s semi-detached home in Folkestone for more than 30 years. Their existing heating system consisted of an ageing warm air unit alongside a separate gas boiler for hot water.
As the system became increasingly inefficient, they were facing higher energy bills, uneven heating throughout the property and equipment that was taking up valuable space.
They wanted a modern solution that could provide efficient heating, cooling and hot water without the disruption and expense of installing a traditional wet central heating system.
Our Solution
