If we can resolve the problem with your underfloor heating within that hour and no materials are required, the booking price shown will cover both diagnosis and repair.
Should the fault be more complex and take longer to diagnose or fix, we’ll arrange at the end of the appointment to send you a fixed-price quote for the remaining work.
If a follow-up visit is required, we’ll arrange to send you a fixed-price quote for the remaining work at the end of the appointment.
Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll arrange a follow-up visit at a convenient time to complete the repair.
