1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your engagement with Cloverleaf Renewables (CPHR Ltd). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not proceed.
2. About Us
Cloverleaf Renewables (CPHR Ltd) is a UK-registered company providing certified renewable energy solutions. We specialise in the design, installation, servicing, and consultation of energy-efficient heating systems.
3. Our Services
We offer the following:
- MCS Certified installation of Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar Thermal systems,
- MCS-compliant design services for renewable heating systems,
- Underfloor heating system design and installation,
- Consultation, specification advice, and technical support,
- Tailor-made hybrid system designs combining multiple renewable technologies,
- Servicing and maintenance for installed equipment,
- Referral incentives under published conditions.
All services are subject to project suitability and confirmation via a formal quotation.
4. Quotations and Acceptance
Quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. All quotes may be subject to revision following a detailed site survey or adjustments to project specifications. Acceptance of a quotation constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
5. Bookings and Payments
All bookings and payments made via our website are securely processed by Square, our third-party payment processor. Cloverleaf Renewables does not store or handle customer card or bank details.
Deposits or staged payments may be required depending on the service or product provided, as outlined in your quotation or service agreement.
6. Appointments and Cancellations
Customers must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur an administrative or call-out fee to cover associated costs.
7. Timelines and Project Delivery
We aim to deliver all services within agreed timescales. However, delays may occur due to adverse weather, supplier issues, or third-party constraints. While we strive to minimise disruption, Cloverleaf Renewables is not liable for delays beyond our control.
8. Warranties and Guarantees
Installed equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. In addition, we offer a workmanship guarantee, the terms of which are included in your formal agreement. Warranties require that systems be used as intended and maintained according to the supplied guidance.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete project information,
- Ensure safe and clear access to the property,
- Secure necessary permissions or planning approvals,
- Follow operating and maintenance instructions,
- Meet agreed payment terms.
Non-compliance may result in service delays or cancellation.
10. Website Usage
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, downloads, and design, is the property of Cloverleaf Renewables and may not be copied, redistributed, or reused without express written consent.
You must not attempt to access areas of the website not intended for public use.
11. Referral Program
Our Refer-a-Friend scheme offers eligible customers a reward for successful referrals. Rewards are issued only after the referred project is completed and paid in full. 12. Limitation of Liability
Cloverleaf Renewables shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from service use, delays, or interruptions beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, supply chain disruptions, planning issues, or weather-related delays.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any matter which cannot be legally excluded.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will be posted on our website, and the effective date will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
15. London Congestion and Parking Charges
For projects located within the London Congestion Charge Zone, a daily fee of £15 (as of the effective date of this document) will be automatically applied during the online booking and payment process, where applicable. This charge applies during restricted hours set by Transport for London (TfL).

In addition, any parking charges incurred by our engineers or consultants while attending your project address, including initial and follow-up visits, will be invoiced separately upon completion of the work. These charges may include, but are not limited to:
- Pay-by-app parking,
- Pay-and-display machines,
- Parking meters,
- Charges from nearby public or private car parks.
We will always aim to minimise these costs and can provide receipts or itemised records upon request.
16. Servicing and Repair Terms
- All our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months
- Any quotes given are valid for 3 months.
- Our business hours are Mon-Fri 8-6pm, Sat 8-4pm. We are closed on Sundays.
- At present, we do not offer a 24-hour service. Work is carried out during our business hours.
- All prices are subject to VAT at 20%, excluding materials.
- Prices do not include toll charges or parking costs.
- ULEZ and any other travel expenses have been factored into the quoted service costs.
- We reserve the right to add toll or parking costs to the bill following satisfactory completion of the job.
- The price quoted does not include any replacement parts.
- If we discover that the appliance requires new parts or any remedial work during the service, the cost of the return visit and parts will be transferred to a new quote for your approval before continuing.
- Your service will still be chargeable if the service can be satisfactorily completed without the new parts.
