If the fault with your solar thermal system can be diagnosed and fixed within that hour with no parts needed, the booking price shown includes both diagnosis and repair.
For more involved issues that require longer to diagnose or complete, we’ll arrange at the end of the appointment to send you a fixed-price quote for the remaining work.
If the system can’t be fully repaired on the first visit, we’ll arrange to send you a fixed-price quote for the remaining work at the end of the appointment.
Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll arrange a follow-up visit at a convenient time to complete the repair.
