Who is eligible to refer?
Anyone can refer a friend, whether you’re a customer or have heard great things about us! If you know someone considering an Air Source Heat Pump, Solar Thermal, or Underfloor Heating system, you’re welcome to send them our way.
When will I receive my gift?
You’ll receive your surprise gift after your referred friend completes their renewable installation with us. Once the project is done and dusted, we’ll send you a thank-you gift as a token of our appreciation.
Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
Not at all! You can refer as many people as you like, and for every successful installation, you’ll receive a gift.
You can only refer to the same Postcode once, but the more unique people you refer, the more surprises could be heading your way!
What does my friend need to do?
Your friend just needs to get in touch with us and go ahead with an eligible renewable installation: Air Source Heat Pump, Solar Thermal, or Underfloor Heating. Once their project is complete, your gift is on its way!
Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
- The Referral Program is open to individuals aged 18 or older.
- You do not need to be an existing Cloverleaf Renewables customer to participate.
- Referrals must be genuine and made in good faith. Self-referrals may not be permitted.
How to Refer
- Submit a referral using the form at https://www.cloverleafrenewables.co.uk/refer-a-friend.
- After submission, you’ll receive a unique referral link to share by social media, email, or any method you choose.
- You may refer as many people as you like.
Qualifying Installations
- The referred person must contact us and complete an installation of one of the following:
Air Source Heat Pump, Solar Thermal, or Underfloor Heating. - The installation must be fully completed and paid in full.
The Gift
- You will receive a surprise gift once the referred customer’s installation is completed.
- The gift may include items such as a gift card or another thoughtful reward.
- The reward is selected at the discretion of Cloverleaf Renewables and may vary.
- No cash alternative is available.
- Rewards are non-transferable and issued once per qualifying referral.
- The surprise gift will be awarded to the person who referred them to us.
Notification
- You will be notified by email or phone once your referred person has completed their renewable installation.
- Please allow up to 30 days after completion for reward delivery.
Fraud and Abuse
- Referrals that appear fraudulent, suspicious, or do not comply with these terms may be disqualified.
- Misuse, such as fake contacts, will result in disqualification.
Program Changes
- Cloverleaf Renewables may update or terminate the Referral Program at any time without notice.
- Referrals made before changes will be honoured under the terms active at the time of submission.
Privacy
- You must have permission to share your friend’s details before submitting the form.
- All data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
